The Cyclery IOE Forks 1925-1929

Reproduction of a parallelogram spring fork for early Harley-Davidson IOE (Inlet-Over-Exhaust) models from 1925–1929. The fork uses the Leading-Link principle, in which the front wheel axle is positioned ahead of the rocker pivot point. This design was used by Harley-Davidson for more than two decades and was later also adopted by other manufacturers such as Brough Superior under the name “Castle Fork”.

The fork is supplied completely pre-assembled with all inner and outer springs, rockers and end caps. It corresponds to the later version of this fork design with inner and outer springs. The fork is supplied raw and uncoated, allowing the surface finish to be matched to the other components of the bike."
