The Prism Supply 4-1/2" Round LED Headlight combines classic vintage styling with modern LED technology. The round 4-1/2" design and polished aluminum housing are especially well suited for classic Harley-Davidson motorcycles and custom builds.
Many modern LED headlights look out of place on older motorcycles. Prism Supply therefore combines a classic appearance with modern lighting technology. The integrated LED unit with a 3000 K color temperature produces a pleasantly warm light pattern that preserves the character of classic bikes while providing high light output with low power consumption.
The headlight features low and high beam with a clearly defined cutoff line as well as a focused high beam. The cast aluminum housing with integrated mounting tabs provides a sturdy construction without separate riveted brackets – reducing potential weak points caused by vibration. The required mounting hardware is included.
Installation is carried out via the universal 5/16"-24 threaded mounting point. The external Bates-style connections (#8-32) for ring terminals, combined with the internal ground connection, allow for simple, clean, and service-friendly wiring.

Bottom mount Custom lamps which can be used as headlights or spotlights.

The distinctive ornamental top caps and conical shape of these headlights reminds of typical 1930s streamlining designs as seen for example on Mercury trains of this era. Will light and look great on your classic chopper or bobber locomotive.
