Nice reproductions of the transmission trap doors for Sportster models from 1957-1983 to replace damaged original parts. It was developed in 1954 by Harley-Davidson to simplify transmission repairs, because the engines of the early K models 1952-1953 had to be split to service the transmission, due to the absence of this trap door.
