Part 2 - The Potholes Are Waiting

It didn‘t take long to persuade us. The bikes in question were quickly chosen: We pick a 1947 Knucklehead with a Flathead Power motor from our garage, and a mostly stock 1948 Panhead.

It‘s not every day that you can shake, rattle and roll down Caribbean roads in the midday heat. So, why not turn this into a test ride for some of the new stuff from our catalog. The Knuckle has plenty of parts from our warehouse fitted, true to our motto „we ride what we sell“. Thespringer front end, two Mikuni carbs, diverse small parts, and still red hot from the workshop, the prototype electric starter for rigid 4-speeds. If you ever tried to squeeze an electric starter into a rigid frame, you know that this is no mean feat. Might save us some sweat later on too.

We crate the bikes, slap on a postage stamp, and off we are, Cuba bound.
