Oil tank filling plugs and caps

Basicly these pieces make part of the oil tank proper. Nevertheless Harley-Davidson never offered complete oil tanks with filling plug, dip stick a.s.on. There's is a sense behind that: a heavy dent or leak in the oil tank may cause you chnage the tanik, but for economy's sake you will want to keep the existing cap, won't you?

The filter-in-tank-filler caps were an assembly of their own any. Model K and Sportsters up to 1978 had them, and 1948-1964 side-oil-tank equipped special FL models had these filters (nope, not every rigid and early swingarm frame equipped Harley had a horseshoe), as well as Electra and Super Glides 1965-1984.
