Mooneyes

MOONEYES is a manufacturer of hot rod, custom, and performance parts and accessories. The company was founded in the 1950s by Dean Moon in Southern California. The roots of the brand go back even further: as early as the 1930s, the Moon family operated Moon’s Café in Santa Fe Springs, where Dean Moon was exposed to mechanics at a young age while also gaining hands-on experience in workshops, learning about ignition systems, fuel delivery, and performance tuning.

Building on this foundation, he developed his first performance components while still in school, including the now-legendary MOON Fuel Block. In the mid-1950s, the permanent MOONEYES location was established in Santa Fe Springs, California, where the company remains headquartered to this day. Over the decades, MOONEYES has become an integral part of the hot rod and custom scene and has also achieved international recognition in motorsport. Its distinctive products and iconic logo continue to represent functional engineering, authentic style, and the roots of American performance culture.
