We’re absolutely stoked to have found this Chinese Harley enthusiast and parts maker, Duan Jing (or just DJ to his friends). He has the same Harley bug that we have. When he’s not offroading his Ironhead Sportster he’s producing hard to find spare parts that elevate the "Made in China” label to a level of quality and awesomeness that made our jaded head wrenchers at W&W headquarters take another look after a preliminary test of the famous "hamburger" brake on a ’59 Sporty.

So we’re happy to announce our new quality label "Made by IronheadChina": a solid collection of quality parts that can breathe new life into Ironhead Sporties, helping Harley aficionados to keep their Milwaukee steeds alive for a couple of decades more.

This is a high-quality reproduction of the Harley „Hamburger“ drum brake as originally mounted to XL 1964-1972 and early Super Glides. Nowadays original brakes are usually very difficult to find in good condition at an affordable price. These drum brakes made from die-cast aluminum are CNC precision-machined and in no way inferior to the originals in terms of quality and function.

IronheadChina Sportster Heat Shields

This heat shield is made of genuine red copper, not steel – just like the original Harley-Davidson heat shield. Over time, it develops a natural patina that gives the bike a beautiful vintage look. It comes with all necessary mounting hardware and an additional bracket, making installation straightforward. This heat shield fits exhaust pipes with an outer diameter of 1-1/2" to 1-3/4".
