Front wheel spacers for Harley-Davidson motorcycles are installed between the wheel hub and the fork leg to maintain the correct wheel position and spacing.

Atlas hub cover. Not the original, but a beautiful reproduction of a contemporary accessory for old Harley-Davidson Knuckleheads. The center piece of the cover replaces the right axle spacer between the hub and the Springer fork rocker. Fits with 17 mm inner diameter on star hub axles. However, we expressly do not rule out other uses. See drawing for further dimensions.
