This fender insert/mounting block is intended to replace the stock taillight including its base assembly (OEM# 68066-99A) on HD models 1999→. It allows for an easy, slightly tilted forward installation of aftermarket taillight-license base plate-combinations.

Elaborately machined from billet aluminum.
