This ingenious device with hinge installs into your center frame tube which normally houses the seat post. It consists of a tube insert with attached hinge. The bushing has a thru-rod attached by which it is permanently tied down into the frame tube. A perfect solution for mounting solo seats if welding on an old stock frame is a no-no.
