These Trident Cycle Breadbox air cleaners have the same size as the original stamped steel air cleaners, but is much slimmer. Both the cover and the base plate are made of high quality 6061 aluminum and have a polished finish. 2 stainless steel cages hold a foam filter element in place and 2 countersunk screws secure the cover to the base plate. Mounting screws for attachment to the carburetor are part of delivery.

In case the air filter is to be fitted to a different carburetor or bike, the version for CV carburetors is drilled with the S&S hole pattern on the inside of the backing plate and vice versa.
