There are few metric bolts on Harleys, but the newer the model, the more likely… On the brake calipers of Harley-Davidson models from 2000 onward (Dyna, Touring, Softail), a 10 mm socket is required to remove the calipers. And from 2008 onward, the same socket is also needed to change the brake pads — slim and slightly longer than standard for space reasons, and made by Snap-On for quality.
