CHP does repair and service for Harley-Davidson motorcycles. They have quite a large selection of spare-parts and a nice workshop for about any type of machine-work you can think of. They also produce some own parts like the CHP oilpump,o-ring manifold for UL and other obsolete engine parts. What they don't do is sell a lot of chrome parts and less vital accessories. Specialty is the restoration of Harleys 1936-1964 down to the last screw and Vintage Racing is their passion

CHP Oil Feed Pumps for Flatheads
On Harley-Davidson Flathead engines, such as the UL and WL models, the engine can overheat under heavy load because the flow rate and pressure of the original oil pump are limited. The CHP high-performance oil pump solves this problem: it retains the classic stock pump design but works internally with modern gerotor technology, significantly improving the efficiency of the lubrication system. Typical oil pressure on a hot engine: approx. 30 psi (instead of 5 psi with the stock pump), Flow rate: approx. 1 liter in 45 seconds (instead of 7–10 minutes with the original pump), The result is a cooler, smoother-running engine that is reliably lubricated even with performance upgrades. Installation is simple, identical to the original pump, so no additional modifications are required.

CHP Scavenger Pumps for Flatheads
The CHP return pump is the ideal complement to the CHP high-performance oil pump, designed to balance its increased flow rate. With wider gears, the return capacity is increased by about 40%, ensuring more efficient oil circulation within the engine. The pump is fully compatible with original Harley-Davidson feed pumps and can therefore also be used in stock configurations. Installation is identical to the original pump, with no additional modifications required. The Big Twin version features a 10° angled fitting, allowing the oil line to route neatly past the frame — especially useful in tight installation spaces.
