Biltwell Inc. was founded in Southern California in 2005 by Bill Bryant and Harold McGruther. Both guys loved to build and ride custom motorcycles, but neither could relate to the fake bad boy BS that seemed to dominate the chopper scene. Biltwell products are designed—not decorated—to enhance the look and performance of both hand-built and bone-stock motorcycles. In addition to their complete range of handlebars, solo seats and bolt-on accessories, Biltwell offers a wide range of novelty and DOT-certified open-face helmets.

Registration Holders (Stash Tube)

This registration tube from Biltwell is an inexpensive, old school solution to an age-old problem. Where to stash your paperwork on a bike that doesn‘t exactly have a glove box. The Biltwell registration tube is easy to use. Simply loosen one thumb screw, remove the end cap, slip your documents into the plastic tube, replace the end cap and bolt the entire assembly to the license plate. Consists of a high-impact plastic tube (Ø = 30 mm), machined aluminum end caps, stamped steel L-brackets and black electroplated wing nuts and brackets.

Biltwell Whiskey Throttle Grips

The Biltwell Whiskey throttle assembly stands for good looks and long term service. It fits all 1-inch O.D. handlebars and is supplied with various cable ferrules which fit both threaded and click-in barrel ends on stock Harley cables. If you don’t run stock H-D cables on your motorcycle, the ferrules also provide plenty of options for custom single- or double-cable assembly. Grips have to be ordered separately.

Biltwell Utility Mirrors Rectangular

Clockworks precision and timeless style let these mirrors stand out or blend in on any stock or custom motorcycle you can imagine. They feature die-cast aluminum construction with stainless-steel ball joint. Their threaded base accepts a 5/16-18 stainless steel button cap Allen bolt for easy mounting on a wide range of stock and aftermarket hand controls.

Biltwell Kung Fu Grip Sets

Motorcycle grips should be simple and comfortable. These BMX-inspired units are exactly that. Thick ends are durable, small flanges are attractive and a million little rubber fins are comfy. Black and natural rubber color.

Sanderson Footpegs

A good design never goes out of style. The Sanderson footpegs derive directly from popular 1960’s aftermarket parts and will match your period bobber or chopper just perfectly. Made from bulletproof, investment cast stainless steel pegs they fit all bikes with female mounts, i.e. late model HD Sportsters and Big Twins and many other universal applications. The male mounting portion is 4130 Chromoly for unbeatable strength. Infinitely adjustable so you can rotate the peg body into any position, then lock it down.

Biltwell No. 1 Solo Seats

The functional, comfortable styling cues of this solo seat include a slight rear kick for added support and gently sloping sides. The pan is stamped from heavy gauge high-tensile steel and features ribs and indents for added rigidity and stiffness. The four threaded mounting bosses are TIG welded into position and the entire seat pan is powdercoated for beauty and weatherproofing. The medium-density polyurethane padding is custom-molded to each pan, the cover is made from black vinyl.

Biltwell No. 2 Solo Seats

The Biltwell solo seat No. 2 has two extra inches of kick in the tail to deepen the seating area and thus particularly improves the visual flow with the rear fender on rigid frame bikes. It features a 3mm stamped steel pan with four welded-on carriage bolts on nose and tail for spring and hinge mounting. One inch thick molded polyurethane foam padding with hand-stitched heavy-duty vinyl cover. Four carriage bolts are welded onto the bottom of the pan to facilitate spring and seat hinge mounting.

Biltwell Slimline Solo Seats

Nice and narrow with a substantial kick in the back, the Slimline seats are perfect for small chops. The pan is stamped from heavy gauge high-tensile steel and features ribs and indents for added rigidity and stiffness. The stainless steel carriage bolts slide in the slotted holes on the bottom of the pan to match almost any mounting brackets. The entire seat pan is black electroplated for beauty and weatherproofing. The foam inside our upholstered solo seats is custom-molded, medium-density polyurethane padding — not a chunk of old carpet padding. Your butt will know the difference. The cover is made from black vinyl.

Biltwell DIY Seat Kits

These are the same steel pans and molded foam you'll find on complete Biltwell No. 1 and No. 2 solo seats, but uncovered so you do your own custom cover. While similar in basic shape the No. 2 pan has more kick in the tail section.

Biltwell Universal Exhaust Builders Kit

A selection of pre-fabbed 1-3/4” raw steel tubing, header flanges and exhaust tips that puts the art of custom exhaust building in your hands! Each kit includes: two 16”-long (406 mm) straight sections, , two 3,5” radius (90 mm) U-bends with STD 3-hole flanges, , two 5” radius (134 mm) U-bends with Ironhead flanges, , two Evolution cylinder flanges, , two Shovelhead cylinder flanges, , two Panhead cylinder flanges, two pinched tips., Everything needed to build a set of pipes for one bike, with enough scraps left over to start on another! Simply cut/weld as required, using the flanges that fit your engine. Kit does not include mounting brackets, clamps, snap rings and exhaust flange and exhaust flange collars for Evos, which must be purchased separately.

Biltwell Seat Bracket Kit

The Biltwell seat bracket kit is made of 4130 chromoly and all seams are TIG welded. The seat bracket is engineered to fit the mounting studs on most Custom solo seats. It features two long slots for adjustability. The accompanying pivot bracket comes unfinished so it can be welded to the backbone of your frame. A cap socket head bolt threads into the bracket, creating an efficient and durable hinge pin.

Biltwell Seat Bracket Kit Cast SS

This super sturdy investment-cast stainless steel seat hinge for custom solo seats may just outlast the rest of your motorcycle. The weld-on bung is extra-wide for increased durability and provides more weld surface area. Hinge and bung are connected by a countersunk socket head pin.
