VM Adapter Plate for CV Carburetors
The adapter flange allows for easy and secure mounting of a CV carburetor on Bendix and Keihin throttle body manifolds. This makes it possible to use the popular Harley-Davidson CV carburetor on a wide range of vintage models, including Knuckleheads, Panheads, Shovelheads, as well as Sportster models up to 1987 and Evo Big Twins up to 1989. Manufactured from high-strength aluminum and CNC-machined, this adapter impresses with precise craftsmanship, durable quality, and a perfect fit. It is equipped with a specially designed O-ring that ensures a reliable seal and minimizes the risk of leaks. The attachment is achieved through press-fit onto the carburetor, with cold metal compound available for secure fixation if needed. An additional gasket is generally not required. It is important to note that the press-fit is permanent and cannot be reversed without damage after installation.
