Prowlersfest, Kitzingen, D

There’s much to talk about,

’cos the local talent is out in force, displaying home made chopper parts (sissy bars, tanks, fenders, exhaust fantasies), gold and silver jewelry, personalized leather goods. There’s skateboard / tattoo artists (Tino und Jim von Primal Scream Tattoo, Alex Kölbl, Moritz Heublein, Chrizzly In, Gil Guerra) and barbershop artistry courtesy of Old Barbers, Kitzingen and Zödl Barbershop, Bamberg.

You OK with your hair? Then walk over

to the bandstage and let the bands work their magic: Elvis Martinatto & the Nameless Horseshoe, Dirtwater, The Neighborhood Creeps, ØI, and Driptorch are keeping folks on their feet until it’s time to hit the sleeping bag. Good night. The next morning sees a group of 50 riders take to the winding country roads around Kitzingen, including a river crossing on an old fashioned ferry. Back in the grounds the skate bowl attracts a few riders to do some shredding, while others adjust their personal blood sugar and fat levels with cold brews and sizzling stuff from the barbecues before hitting the short way home, already looking forward to next year.
