Manley

Founded in 1966 by Hank Manley in Lakewood, New Jersey, Manley Performance Products has been a leading manufacturer of high-performance engine components. The brand started with stainless steel valves, forged pistons, and camshafts, quickly establishing itself as an innovator in the automotive aftermarket. Over the years, Manley products have been used by racing legends such as Don Garlits, Bill Jenkins, and “Jungle Jim” Liberman. Today, the product range includes components for sport-compact, Ford Modular, and Chevy LS engines. At W&W Cycles, we offer selected Manley components, including numerous high-performance engine valves suitable for Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

Manley Race Master Valves

Low-priced alternative to the Manley Severe Duty valves. These lightweight valves are a significant upgrade from original equipment and feature stainless steel construction, chrome-plated stems, hard tips, smooth turned underhead angle and radius, forged combustion dish and machined combustion face rim.

Manley Severe Duty Valves

High Performance stainless steel valves for all Harleys. They are the standard of the industry since their introduction, designed to outflow and outperform most competitors. These valves feature swirl-polished, performance oriented shapes and durable chrome-plated stems with hardened tips.

Manley Race Master Valve Train Kits

Complete valve train packages for one engine that include Manley »Race Master« stainless steel valves, performance double spring assemblies, steel top and lower collars (WW# 60-587: upper collars only) and machined valve keys perfectly matched for maximum performance. The spring assemblies included in these kits require no cylinder head machining for installation.

Manley Valve Keys

Valve keys made from chrome-moly material, heat-treated and black oxided. Fit all original, Manley and most aftermarket performance valve spring collars.

Manley Valve Springs

Performance valve spring kits by Manley made from chrome silicone steel. The perfect match for Manley valves. Each kit contains an inner and outer spring for each valve and upper valve spring collars.
