Special breather valve for the first Twin-Cams 1999–2002, when fitted with an S&S oil pump. The early Twin-Cam engines from the beginning of the new millennium suffered somewhat from oil starvation when tuned. The S&S oil pump solved the problem but works best in combination with this breather valve.
