Knipex Insulation Stripper

Compact tool for single, multiple and fine stranded wires of 0.2 up to 6 mm² (AWG 24-10) cross-sections with standard PVC insulation. It adapts automatically to the respective cable cross-section and prevents damage to the conductor. The handy shape and low weight provide high operation comfort. With its narrow head style it can also be used in confined areas. An integrated with wire cutter cuts copper and aluminium wires up to 2.5 mm². The length stop can be adjusted from 6.0 - 18.0 mm for cutting the same stripping lengths during repetitive work. The body is made from fibreglass-reinforced plastic, the interchangeable blades are made from special oil-hardened tool steel.

Knipex Wiring Pliers

In addition to their function as needle-nosed pliers these pliers are ideal when you are working on your wiring harness. They grip, bend and cut medium hard and hard wire with precision, induction hardened cutting edges (hardness approx. 60 HRC). They also feature three stripping holes and four positions for crimping end sleeves (ferrules). Made from forged and oil-hardened Vanadium electric steel.

Knipex Pliers Wrenches

Knipex Mounting Pliers

These extra-long mounting pliers with special jaw profile enable, in addition to their function as a long needle-nose pliers, the safe gripping and guiding of objects with a round profile, such as screws, pipes, cables or other round objects. The grooves milled into the jaw profile have a smooth surface, which is gentle on the workpiece. The long handles allow a lot of force to be exerted with little effort. Knipex CoBolt S Compact Bolt Cutters

These little beef-cakes easily cut bolts, wires, rivets etc. up to Ø 4.4 mm. Harley clutch, brake or throttle cables for example, can be shortened without problems. A most efficient joint design ensures exceptional cutting performance with little effort. The forged chrome vanadium steel construction features precision cutting edges, oil-hardened to approx. 64 HRC and with a microstructure to keep the material to be cut in a good position.
