HBS Support Bracket and Breather Kit for Evolution CV
The Keihin constant-velocity carburetor (“CV”), used by Harley-Davidson from the late 1980s to the mid-2000s on Evo and Twin Cam engines, is simply inserted into an O-ring seal on the intake manifold. At the rear, it is supported by the air filter housing. This setup makes it a rather poor candidate for custom intake conversions — unless, of course, you use the clever and precisely fitted combination of carburetor support and breather system from Harley-Bikershop in Wachtberg. It simultaneously secures the CV carburetor to the intake manifold and routes the crankcase breather back into the intake tract. Works with most custom air cleaners, carb covers and velocity stacks.
