Burly Apehanger Cable and Line Kits

If you love the look of Apehangers, but hate sorting out which cables and brake line to use, you will like these complete cable/line control kits. No more trial, error and inventing of bad words that used to accompany mounting a set of Apehangers. Each kit is specific to a year range and bar height and includes extended throttle cables, extended clutch cable, extended brake line and even wiring harness extensions. One part# and you are all set.

Burly Brand Lowering Kits for Softail

The Lowrider look for Springer Softails - no problem with this spring kit by Burly Brand . It lowers the ride height by 11/2”. Complete kit with two shorter chrome springs and all necessary small parts.

Burly Brand Slammer Lowering Kits

The Slammer Kits by the American company Burly Brand combine dropped fork springs and stubby 10.5” shocks into a price friendly package. The fork springs do not require disassembly of the forks and can be installed in twenty minutes in most cases, with the front end still on the bike! The entire Slammer kit is set up to go from box to bike in under an hour with just basic tools on most Sportsters and Dynas! Touring models require fork legs to be slid down to access cap, but leg does not have to be dissasembled. After completion the bike is lowered up to 5 cm on the front and approx. 6,5 cm at the rear.

Burly Brand Lowering Kits

Lowrider look for Tour Glide, Sportster and Dyna Glide models. The bike's rear end is lowered approximately by 1” (25 mm) of which riders of shorter height greatly benefit. The lower shock mount position is lowered and moved backwards but still accepts stock or aftermarket shocks. Installation time is less than 30 minutes (FXD 2 hours). All kits are manufactured in the USA from heavy-duty steel with powder-coated black finish or show chrome finish. For proper and balanced chassis geometry we recommend simultaneous lowering of the motorcyle at the front end with one of our fork lowering kits. We also urge to check for sufficient shock travel.

Burly Brand Adjust-a-Ride

These fully adjustable kits don't require any cutting, grinding, or non-reversible modifications and are simply installed in about an hour. Once in place, the ride height can be lowered by 50mm or raised from standard height up to 12mm in less than 5 minutes. Shocks are not included.

Burly Voyager Backpacks

Your bags to grab and go. The Voyager roll top backpacks are made from your choice of wet waxed and UV treated cotton canvas or black Cordura, both with leather paneling for support. They feature a fully padded interior with a partition for a 15” laptop, auxiliary port, flannel padded straps, and leather exterior panels. With just the right amount of storage for on the go and roll top variable height snap closure. High quality speed buckles, zippers and snaps as well as an “Anti-Flail Snap System” keep everything right where you want it at speed. Large front zipper pockets provide the storage needed for loose items.

Burly Voyager Sissybar Bag / Backpack

These backpacks for the sissybar are made of their proprietary dark oak wet waxed and UV treated cotton canvas or black Cordura. Both come with leather paneling for protection that will age and show character over time. Feature three clever carry options: two stowable backpack straps, a leather wrapped side grab handle for easy duffel bag mobility and two tie-down straps. MOLLE system strips allow for sissybar mounting and attachement of additional equipment. An “Anti-Flail Snap System” keeps everything secure.

Burly Voyager Tank-Tail Pack

A classic accessory with vintage look. The Voayager tank/tail bag is made of wet waxed UV treated cotton canvas, with leather straps, carry handle and reinforments. It has an easy on, easy off magnetic bottom for mounting it on the gas tank. If you want the bag out of the way, it’s equally at home on the tail with its removable accessory flange that clips and cinches down on the back of your seat or sissy bar. Another feature is the convenient magnetic removable map/accessory screen that sticks directly to the bag lid or separately to the tank if you ride without the bag. The screen is designed to hold any variety of smart phones, small tablets, and even some GPS units. The bag features two exterior zipper pockets and a generous interior space with interior elastic sides. It also has a pass-thru port for charging accessories so you can keep your devices powered up on a long ride.

Burly Voyager Saddlebags

A detachable saddlebag which is made of wet waxed and UV treated cotton canvas as well as leather paneling for support that will age and show character over time. A durable metal and polyethylene reinforced internal frame helps the bag keep shape whether it is empty or packed to the brim. The roll top Closure and snap/velcro Road Shield system keep the wind and elements out. On the inside the bag is fully lined and features an organizer pocket. On the back it has a small zip pocket with snap button locking. High quality speed buckles and zippers with metal button snaps and accents as well as an “Anti-Flail Snap System” keep everything secure. The quick release pin-lock bracket system, which has to be ordered separately, allows the saddlebag to be easily and quickly removed or attached. Off the bike the saddlebag can be used as a messenger bag with the included shoulder strap.

Burly Voyager Tool Rolls without Tools

The Voyager tool roll is made of heavy waxed cotton canvas. With its leather securing straps and leather handle, mounting points and support are offered. Eight pockets in three different widths provide enough space to carry tools in multiple sizes. Additionally, a catch-all zipper pocket makes sure that none of those small parts carried gets lost. High quality speed buckles and zippers keep the tool roll in its place on your fork, sissy bar, luggage rack or wherever you mount it.
