Quality seat springs of German manufacture with unique features for a simple and safe installation. Both wire ends are laid in and have precision ground contact surfaces so the spring stays at a right angle when bolted down to the seat and bracket. An ID of 8 mm on one end and 11 or 15 mm on the other cover most situations.

The functional, comfortable styling cues of this solo seat include a slight rear kick for added support and gently sloping sides. The pan is stamped from heavy gauge high-tensile steel and features ribs and indents for added rigidity and stiffness. The four threaded mounting bosses are TIG welded into position and the entire seat pan is powdercoated for beauty and weatherproofing. The medium-density polyurethane padding is custom-molded to each pan, the cover is made from black vinyl.

The Biltwell seat bracket kit is made of 4130 chromoly and all seams are TIG welded. The seat bracket is engineered to fit the mounting studs on most Custom solo seats. It features two long slots for adjustability. The accompanying pivot bracket comes unfinished so it can be welded to the backbone of your frame. A cap socket head bolt threads into the bracket, creating an efficient and durable hinge pin.
