Hex screws as the factory used them from the 1930s and which can be found on stock bikes well into the 1960s. Indispensable for any correct restoration job. The heads of these bolts often differ in height and hex size from today's standard hardware. Some versions are marked with embossed CP logo and number.

CP marked bolts
1035 CP (Chandler Products) marked bolts were used since 1943 until 1951. They were gradually replaced by 1038 CP marked bolts, which were used from 1947 onwards. Prior to 1943 all bolts had plain heads.
