Turn Signal Mounts and Accessories

Retaining plates, banjo bolts, adapters

Turn signals by themselves do not create style. To help here we offer homologated brackets and mounting parts for original and custom turn signals, plus accessories from Kellermann, Rick's, Fork and MF.

Approved mounting? What do I have to consider?

The rules for mounting are clear at least everywhere where the ECE guidelines apply - so, for example, the German-speaking countries and the EU - , mounting on the motorcycle is only possible if the turn signals are tested according to ECE R50. The appproval is confirmed by the letter E, in combination with a number in a circle. It is folllowed by a test number, which must begin with 50R-. Front turn signals must be at least 240 mm apart, rear 180 mm. Both, of course, symmetrical to the center of the vehicle. The inner edges of the light surfaces are decisive. You are on the safe side if the front turn signals are mounted between the handlebars and the lower triple clamp, and the rear ones at about the height of the tail light. Anything else will not look good anyway. Be careful with apehangers and handlebar end turn signals: the maximum height for mounting turn signals is 1.20 m above the road.

The brackets themselves do not have to be tested. So it's your own fault if your homemade ones fall apart. With the add-on parts and turn signal brackets that we offer here, you are so well equipped that nothing can happen.
