Kuryakyn LED Battery Gauge

Unfortunately most riders find out that their charging system has failed when they end up broken down on the side of the road. A little advanced warning can keep you from being stranded in the middle of nowhere. Now you‘ll know at a glance whether or not your charging system is working properly. The LED battery gauge is an array of LEDs indicating the operating voltage of the bike’s electrical system. Green represents the normal operating range, amber means that the system is not charging, and flashing red will alert the rider of an impending stall or the possibility of damage to the battery and/or sensitive electronic components on the motorcycle. Simple two-wire connection and a compact size (about 2x3/4x3/16”) make installation a breeze. A daylight sensor automatically adjusts the brightness of the LEDs.

Kuryakyn The Informer Fuel And Battery Gauge

The informer replaces the bulbous and difficult to read stock fuel gauge. Its sleek, low profile design incorporates both an LED fuel gauge and an LED battery gauge. Color-coded LEDs make them readable at a glance from the saddle. A daylight sensor automatically adjusts the brightness of the LEDs. they are bright during the day for visibility and dim at night so as not to blind the rider. The fuel gauge has a string of color coded LEDs to indicate fuel level. The Battery Gauge is an array of LEDs that indicate the operating voltage of the bikes electrical system.

Kuryakyn Fabric Loom

Binding several wires together with tape is the fastest way to do the job but it looks VERY ugly. Kuryakyn Wire Wrap oversleeves are a great alternative. They allow quick and easy application and protect your wires from chafing, cutting and abrading. The woven blend polyester tubes are open alongside and can be fit snugly around the wires even with the terminals connected. Particularly recommended for classic bikes when only the original looms will be replaced.

These slick, flush-mount gas caps combine the high-tech look of aviation style fuel fillers with a built in trim ring which protects the painted surface around the filler opening from damages and gas stains. Kuryakyn Bluegrass Breather Kits

Unfortunately, almost all Harley-Davidson engines that vent the crankcase through the cylinder heads also expel oil through the same passages. Venting directly into the air cleaner, especially a free-flowing air cleaner, often results in an oily mess on the side of the bike. The Bluegrass Breather kit is a simple yet effective way to keep that oil inside the engine or at least keep it contained. The banjo fittings and chrome tubes route the vented gasses upward so gravity can keep any expelled oil droplets in the engine where they belong. Vent lines can be routed up and out of sight beneath the tank, but an optional catch tank is also available for those who would rather vent to a closed container.
