These cylinder heads are offered as replacements for the cylinder heads used in S&S P-Series engines. They come with valves and S&S .590” lift valve springs installed. Other than that they are bare.
These are not stock replacement cylinder heads for Panhead engines. They will not fit on stock Panhead cylinders and do not work with stock Panhead valve train.
