CHP does repair and service for Harley-Davidson motorcycles. They have quite a large selection of spare-parts and a nice workshop for about any type of machine-work you can think of. They also produce some own parts like the CHP oilpump,o-ring manifold for UL and other obsolete engine parts. What they don't do is sell a lot of chrome parts and less vital accessories. Specialty is the restoration of Harleys 1936-1964 down to the last screw and Vintage Racing is their passion

CHP WR/K/KR-Model Manifolds

Reproduction of the cast iron manifold for WLDR/WR Class C race bikes as well as for K and KR models.

CHP Linkert 3-Bolt Insulator Blocks

Insulator block for Linkert M-series 3-bolt carburetors and Schebler DLX, which is mounted in between the carburetor and the manifold. Included are 2 O-rings, as well as a spacer which fills out the recess on stock manifolds so there is no cavity between the manifold and the insulator block.

CHP Dual Linkert Linkage Kit

This kit comprises two levers, a ball end rod and springs to connect two Linkert carburetors in dual carb set-ups. Designed for pull-action throttle grips or spirals.

CHP Scavenger Pumps for Flatheads

The perfect complement for the CHP feed pumps to compensate for the increased supply volume. The wider gears of the CHP scavenger pump effectively raise the return oil volume by about 40%. Will also work with stock feed pumps, of course. Installation is easy as this is a a true bolt-on unit. The Big Twin version features a 10° angled fitting so the oil line clears the frame.

CHP Oil Feed Pumps for Flatheads

It’s a fact: when pushed, those trusty Flatheads get hot, or very hot to put it bluntly, which is also a result of low oil pump volume and pressure. The CHP pump is a once and for all cure for this problem. While looking stock on the outside it substantially raises the capacity of the engines lubrication system with its internal modern gerotor technology. Oil pressure with hot engine is typically around 30 psi, instead of 5 psi with stock pumps. Feed volume is about 1 quart per 45 seconds, while original pumps need 7-10 minutes for this. As a result the engine runs smoother and cooler and can handle more power without problems. Installation is easy as this is a a true bolt-on unit.

CHP Scavenger Pump Conversion Kit for Flatheads

With the CHP pump installed oil feed volume is substantialy increased and the stock scavenger system might reach its limit. This conversion kit for the scavenger pump raises volume by about 40% for a more effective oil return. It includes all necessary longer small parts.

CHP Heavy Duty Relief Springs for Flatheads

For performance engines. These special relief valve springs are a tad stiffer than the standard springs in CHP Flathead oil feed pumps and will raise oil pressure by 5 psi.
