Jagg Deluxe Oil Cooler

Universal use oil cooler which comes with four clamp pairs so you can mount it in on most models and in various positions. Features accented cooling fins.

Jagg Slimline Oil Coolers universal

Originally designed for Harley-Davidson Motorcycles, the Jagg SlimLine has become the popular choice for riders, who demand exceptional performance and a stealth unencumbered appearance. It features a six-tube, two-pass design for a large cooling surface. Special in-line turbulators add to the cooler's efficiency with minimal oil pressure loss or restriction. Smooth end caps help this cooler blend in with the frame for a clean, streamlined look. Universal mounting to the left frame down-tube for unrestricted airflow with unique, highly durable, Uralite clamps, which have a shock-absorbing effect and clean styling. Inclueded with each kit are clamp pairs in sizes 1-1/8”, 1-1/4”, 1-3/8” and1-1/2”, which should cover most applications.

Jagg Oil Radiator Adapters Offset

Works with all H-D models with front-mounted spin-on oil filters. Mounts between base plate and oil filter and avoids due to its offeset construction filter to sensor contact. A thermostat is incorporated. There's a separate, optional anti-rotation device available.

Jagg Oil Cooler Adapters Inline

This adapter for connecting the oil cooler is installed inline between oil filter and crankcase. The radially mounted oil cooler connections can be swiveled to accomodate oil line routing. However, due to the additional overall length, the oil filter may collide with any crankshaft sensors that may be present. A thermostat is incorporated.

Jagg Automatic Bypass Valves

The Jagg automatic oil cooler bypass acts as a remote oil thermostat to by-pass the oil cooler until the oil reaches optimal operating temperature.

Jagg Manual Bypass Valves

Manually-operated by-pass valve which installs in-line of the two oil hoses to and from the cooler. In the open position, during warm-up, the oil will partially return to the tank without flowing through the cooler. As the oil temperature rises the amount of oil passing the cooler will gradually increase. With the by-pass valve manually closed all of the oil is forced to flow through the cooler. The latter is recommended only for high outside temperature.

Jagg Anti Rotation Brackets

Applied to the Jagg oil filter adapters for Twin Cam models to insure the adapter will not rotate during oil filter removal.
